  • 3 cups raw makhana fox nuts / lotus seeds
  • 1 tsp ghee or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder haldi
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala or black salt kala namak
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder or black pepper optional
  • A pinch of sea salt

Method
 

Preheat Your Air Fryer:
  1. Set your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for about 3 minutes.
Coat the Makhana:
